Refund and Return Policy
- We understand that sometimes there are circumstances that lead to an event cancellation. As our themed backdrops generally consist of a quantity of one for availability, your booking will prevent our ability to utilize that backdrop for additional clients. For that reason, rentals can be rescheduled once to an alternate date, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling an event must be done a minimum of 48 hours in advance of original event date.
- Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice or on the day of the event will result in a forfeit of the deposit.
- Perfect Prairie Parties reserves the right to cancel a booking on reasonable grounds within any period leading up to the event. In the event this occurs, the client will be refunded in full.
- There is no refund for consumables such as tableware, decorations and balloons. These items are final sale.
